What You'll Do

Oversee the upkeep, maintenance, and operational readiness of Foellinger Theatre's facilities and grounds. Lead seasonal staff and contractors to ensure the venue is safe, clean, and event-ready while supporting on-site operations during performances and community programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and train seasonal and contract staff; coordinate daily tasks and high-demand event operations
• Manage custodial operations, maintenance, and repairs; maintain accurate logs and inspection records
• Oversee outdoor grounds and landscaping, waste management, and safety compliance
• Prepare the venue for events, including setup/teardown of infrastructure and coordination with production teams
• Respond to facilities or grounds issues in real-time, ensuring smooth operations and guest safety

What You Bring | Education & Experience

• High school diploma or GED; associate degree or related experience preferred
• Experience in facility maintenance, groundskeeping, custodial supervision, or event operations
• Strong mechanical skills, problem-solving, and leadership abilities
• Flexible schedule, able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, evenings, and weekends

Required Certifications

• Valid Indiana Driver's License
