What You'll Do
Lead daily box office operations at Foellinger Theatre, supporting ticket sales, staff, and show-day execution to deliver a smooth, positive experience for every patron.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage ticketing systems, event builds, seating, and inventory
- Hire, train, schedule, and supervise seasonal box office staff
- Partner with promoters and tour teams on ticket strategy, reporting, and settlements
- Oversee cash handling, reconciliations, and financial accuracy
- Resolve patron issues and provide outstanding customer service
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Seasonal staff, contracted workers, and volunteers
What You Bring | Education & Experience
- High school diploma or GED; related degree preferred
- 2 years in ticketing, events, or venue operations
- Leadership experience and strong customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
Technical Skills & Knowledge
- Ticketmaster TM1 or similar ticketing platform
- Reporting, cash controls, and basic office systems
