Lifetime Sports Academy Coordinator HOURS: M-F 8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

What You'll Do
- Lead individual, small, and large group youth sports and recreational activities
- Assist instructors with formal lessons in tennis, golf, and other programs
- Register participants, maintain program records, and monitor inventory of supplies and equipment
- Open and close facilities and ensure safety procedures are followed
- Provide guidance and role modeling for children and handle discipline when necessary
What You Bring
- Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent, or 6–12 months related experience; or a combination of education and experience
- Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, and the public
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to operate equipment safely and follow written/oral instructions
- Valid Indiana Driver's License if City vehicle is used
