Lifetime Sports Academy Coordinator – Golf Instructors HOURS: M-F 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Do you enjoy teaching golf, inspiring kids, and creating fun, safe learning experiences? Are you patient, energetic, and ready to help children develop skills while having fun on the course?
What You'll Do
- Lead individual, small, and large group youth golf activities
- Teach structured lessons and provide coaching to develop skills
- Serve as a positive role model for children
- Register participants, maintain program records, and manage supplies/equipment
- Open and close facilities, operate range picker, and handle discipline as needed
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent and 2 years of structured golf coaching or instruction
- Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and ensure safety standards are maintained
- Valid Indiana Driver's License if City vehicle is used
