Engineering Technician Intern
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (may vary) | Flexible Schedule Based on Academic Commitments
Are you a hands-on problem solver who loves mapping, surveying, and building real-world utility solutions while learning from experienced engineers?
What You'll Do
- Assist with field reconnaissance, surveying, and data collection for utility projects
- Support GIS and CAD mapping of infrastructure
- Help prepare reports and analyze data for planning and design
- Contribute to studies, standard drawings, and general research
- Complete City training modules and support project workflows
What You Bring
- Pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field
- Minimum two years of college completed
- Detail-oriented, curious, proactive, and eager to learn
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with engineers, contractors, and the public
- Interest in real-world infrastructure projects and system analysis
