Construction Management Support- Seasonal
8am-5pm (May Vary) | Flexible Schedule
Do you enjoy being on the move, supporting construction projects, and helping turn plans into real-world results?
What You'll Do
- Gather data for field reconnaissance and verify plans against site conditions
- Track assets, perform construction material inventory, and collect GPS data
- Support construction teams with site prep, project completion, and follow-up
- Assist with inspections, reporting, and verification testing of installed materials and equipment
- Identify non-compliant work based on contract documents
- Complete City training modules
What You Bring
- High school diploma with construction-related coursework
- Two years of construction experience preferred; equipment operation experience desired
- Eager to learn, hands-on, and detail-oriented
- Able to communicate clearly with engineers, contractors, and utility staff
Knowledge & Skills
- Basic understanding of construction processes, materials, and project workflows
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and data
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and shift focus as priorities change
- Professionalism in interacting with staff, contractors, and the public
- Familiarity with GPS and field data collection a plus
