Florissant Golf Club is looking for hard working, dependable grounds crew members to join our team for the new and exciting 2026 season. Under the direction of the superintendents, the employee works cooperatively in tending to daily golf course maintenance operational needs, and assisting in completing all golf course projects in a timely fashion.

- 17 years of age or older
- Golf privileges for team members
- Multiple shifts and hours available all 7 days. Flexible 20 to 40 hours a week.
- Willingness to work early mornings, rotational weekends and holidays
- Exciting, challenging, rewarding team work environment.
- Some golf course experience helpful but not required. Paid Training
- Good mechanical skills
- Will need to be available to work from March to November (Full Season)
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Must past background check
- This is a safety sensitive position
- NOTES: All hours and schedules may be subject to change based on City and/or department needs
