- Managing accreditation files and ensuring readiness for ALEAP audits.
- Conducts internal administrative investigations, supervisory inquiries, and reviews related to use-of-force, vehicle pursuits, and inquiries; prepares complex reports for command staff.
- Coordinates department-wide training programs, including scheduling, compliance tracking, instructor documentation, and records maintenance.

Professional Standards Assignment: This is a civilian (non-sworn) position; however, prior Arizona Peace Officers Standards and Training (AZPOST) certification or equivalent is required due to the specialized knowledge, training, and experience required to perform the duties of the position.
Certifications/Licenses:
- Based on assignment. Arizona Class D Driver’s License.
- Police Department assignments. Terminal Operator Certificate, Level B, within the timeframe established by the Police Chief.
