What are the responsibilities and job description for the Basketball Intern Parks & Recreation position at City Of East Grand Rapids?
Under the general direction of the Recreation Supervisor, with broad oversight from the Parks & Recreation Director, the Parks and Recreation Basketball Intern. Hours are approximately 10-12 per week for the winter session with most hours on Saturday, and a few weekday hours.
Ability to communicate effectively and present ideas and concepts orally and in writing.
Ability to establish effective working relationships and use good judgment, initiative and resourcefulness when dealing with employees and the public.
Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and work effectively under stress, within deadlines and changes in work priorities.
