Job Description
The City of Dickinson is looking for a hardworking individual to join our Buildings & Codes Department. This role involves preparing warning notices and correspondence to homeowners, contractors, and developers regarding building code violations, while maintaining regular communication with the public and staff. The position also requires keeping accurate records of complaints, property inspections, and code enforcement cases, along with performing other related duties as assigned.
Position Details:
- Pay: $19.84 per hour
- Schedule: Monday - Friday
- Seasonal: May-September (Flexible starting dates)
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid Driver’s License
