About this job: In this position, you will provide clerical and customer service support for Pikes Peak-America's Mountain.
Job type: SeasonalWork schedule: Normal work hours will vary based on department needs. At least one weekend day will be required, and work hours will occur between 7:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Tuesday-Saturday. Position scheduled for up to 32 hours per week (may work additional hours as needed).

This is a seasonal (at-will) position with benefits limited to those required by applicable state and federal laws, which include Worker's Compensation, Medicare, Unemployment Insurance, and PERA (Public Employees' Retirement Association).
Approximate dates of employment will be April - December. Scheduled hours will vary based on department needs. Total hours worked will not exceed 1,500 annually.
- Answer questions about Pikes Peak - America's Mountain and the Pikes Peak Region including what to see and do in the region
- Assist administrative team with accounts payable and receivable work functions.
- Assist administrative team with credit card reconciliations.
- Serve as a point of contact for walk-in customers that enter the administrative offices.
- Assist with special event logistics including making phone calls to confirm details and communications to PPAM team members.
- Other duties as assigned
We are looking for candidates who demonstrate:
- Knowledge of modern office technology
- Knowledge of proper English usage, spelling, punctuation, and grammar
- Knowledge of Adobe software
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, orally and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
High School Diploma or GED - Customer Service Experience
- Possess, or obtain upon hire, and maintain a valid, non-probationary Colorado driver’s license not subject to restrictions.
Customer service experience working in recreation tourism Experience working in a business office environment
Salary : $15 - $21
