Aquatics Maintenance Lead
**The Aquatics Maintenance Lead position is Seasonal**
(Mid-April through Mid-September with hiring and training beginning as early as December)
This position will perform a variety of maintenance duties pertaining to the overall operation and safety of Collinsville Aqua Park. The Aquatics Maintenance Lead is responsible for maintaining the waterpark amenities, grounds, and maintenance employees. The Aquatics Maintenance Lead will perform the day-to-day maintenance operations as well as perform water chemistry checks, clean pools, aquatics inventory and document all maintenance performed. They ensure proper appearance, cleanliness, and safety of the park, its features, and grounds. The Maintenance Lead also assists with the supervision and scheduling of staff and other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
17 years of age or older
6 months of prior aid experience in municipal or commercial grounds and/or pool maintenance
Ability to adapt quickly
Individuals who are team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude
Ability to use various computer programs including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other software programs and to perform maintenance duties accurately and safely
Preference
Familiarity with the supervision and operation of pools, pool chemicals, backwashing, and filters.
Individuals who are team-oriented with positive, can-do attitudes.
Ability to adapt quickly.
Bilingual in Spanish.
Physical Requirements

Pay Rate
This position is $17.00 per hour.
