Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lead Maintenance professional to oversee and coordinate maintenance activities within our facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and a comprehensive understanding of both high and low voltage systems, as well as industrial maintenance practices. This role is critical in ensuring the safety, functionality, and efficiency of our equipment and facilities.
Duties
- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support in daily tasks.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Perform troubleshooting and repairs on electrical systems, HVAC, utilizing voltmeters and ohmmeters as necessary.
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of high voltage and low voltage equipment.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance schedules without disrupting operations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inventory management.
- Train team members on best practices in facilities management and mechanical knowledge to enhance their skills.
- Communicate and review inventory and budget of maintenance equipment.
Experience
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance with a strong emphasis on electrical systems.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising a team in a maintenance environment.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools such as voltmeters and ohmmeters for troubleshooting electrical issues.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex systems and machinery.
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to facilitate teamwork and reporting.
