What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sports Program Assistant – Outdoor Basketball position at City of Cleveland Heights?
Primary responsibility is to provide high quality customer service to residents, which includes greeting participants and being knowledgeable of parks and recreation programs by assisting the primary instructor.
- Enforce all program policies, rules and regulations in a fair, consistent, and professional manner.
- Contact Cleveland Heights Police Department should any security issues arise.
- Inspect and keep facility clean.
- Report any damage and unsafe conditions to immediate supervisor.
- Leadership and Public Relations Skills
- Good decision-making skills
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
