The Neighborhood Resources Department is looking for a skilled and motivated Assistant Director of Neighborhood Resources to join our team. This newly created leadership role will play a crucial part in assisting the director with leading a team of dedicated professionals that provide the community with resident education and participation programs, neighborhood preservation, housing and community-related outreach projects and initiatives. This position is a full-time, exempt position with benefits that is unclassified and serves at the pleasure of the City Manager.

- A Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration, Social Work, Human Services; Housing or Urban Development or a related field; and
- 7 years of progressively responsible experience in in the area of Neighborhood, Housing or Human Services including four (4) years of previous supervisory experience.
- Any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the knowledge and abilities necessary to perform the work.
- Experience in a municipal environment preferred
