The Senior Counselor position for Camp Green Leaves will plan and implement daily activities for the campers. Job duties will include the responsibilities of organizing and implementing structured activities and games for campers, keeping the participants safe while having fun, and assisting directors and fellow counselors with daily housekeeping duties.

Job duties will include the responsibilities of organizing and implementing structured activities and games for campers, keeping the participants safe while having fun, and assisting directors and fellow counselors with daily housekeeping duties.
Work schedule: summer months; mornings & afternoons
- Activity Planning and Coordination: Design and lead engaging daily activities for your group, including arts and crafts, music, sports, games, swimming, nature studies, character building, and free time.
- Field Trip Assistance: Help organize and support field trips, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all campers.
- Safety and Supervision: Prioritize camper safety by adhering to safety protocols and closely monitoring activities to ensure a safe environment for everyone.
- Team Collaboration: Follow guidance from Supervisors to ensure consistency and quality in camp programming.
- Constant Supervision: Remain with your assigned group throughout the day, providing continuous support and ensuring their well-being.
- Applicants should bring an energetic, fun, and friendly attitude, creating a positive environment for campers.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, guide, and inspire children while maintaining responsibility and trust.
- A deep passion for helping children grow, learn, and have fun in a safe and supportive environment.
- Must be 18 years or older to apply.
- Experience working with children with special needs.
- CPR & First Aid Certification.
