- Train, supervise, and mentor pool concession staff
- Ensure safe food handling and cleaning procedures are followed
- Maintain accurate inventory and accounting of all products sold
- Oversee daily concession operations and staff scheduling as needed
- Keep the concession area clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Provide excellent customer service with a friendly, professional attitude
- Provide excellent care and customer service to the public
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Trustworthy, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Previous experience supervising or training staff preferred
- Strong math skills with attention to detail
- Legible handwriting and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, positive attitude with a focus on customer service
- Gain leadership and supervisory experience
- Play a key role in creating a positive pool experience
