Position Overview:
We are seeking confident, organized, and motivated Summer Camp Leads to oversee daily camp operations and support a fun, safe, and engaging environment for children. This leadership role is ideal for individuals who enjoy guiding staff, coordinating activities, and making a meaningful impact on kids’ summer experiences.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Overseeing daily operations of summer camps
- Coordinating camp activities and schedules
- Supervising and supporting camp counselors and staff
- Ensuring a safe, positive, and well-organized camp environment
- Serving as a strong role model and leader for staff and campers
- Ensure a safe and clean facility and environment
- Provide excellent care and customer service to the public
Qualifications and Skills
Required Qualifications:
- Must be at least 17 years of age
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to coordinate and manage camp staff and activities
- Experience planning or supervising children’s programs or camp activities preferred
- First Aid and CPR certifications required (training provided if needed)
- Gain valuable leadership and management experience
- Lead a team while creating a memorable summer experience for children
