What are the responsibilities and job description for the 21st Century Program Facilitator position at City of Bemidji?
Bemidji School District is seeking a Program Facilitator for the 21ST Century Community Learning Centers grant program. This is a full time, twelve month, position beginning as soon as possible. The starting hourly rate is $24.56-$24.96 per hour and includes health insurance, sick leave and vacation, paid holidays. Applicants must possess a bachelor s degree. Relevant experience in education or running similar programs is strongly desired. The Program Facilitator will be responsible for the overall implementation of the 21CCLC grant, execution of the program's mission, direct oversight of the day-to-day logistics of the program, alignment of the daily work with the program goals, and provide evaluation feedback to staff. The 21st Century Community Learning Center program operates Monday through Friday at three sites during both the school year and summer for students in grades Kindergarten through 12. The focus of the program is literacy, academic enrichment, and family educational engagement. Activities will vary slightly by grade level, but all three centers will have academic enrichment and tutoring, social-emotional learning activities, arts and language enrichment activities, and nutrition education and physical movement activities.
