Executive Assistant
The City of Belfast is seeking a highly motivated team member with dedication to detail to serve as the Executive Assistant to the City Manager’s Office. This role includes coordinating with all City Department Heads, Boards & Committees, and members of the City Council to distribute public information regarding City business.
This position requires the highest degree of professionalism, discretion, and integrity. Applicant must have excellent interpersonal skills, strong computer acumen, experience with development of web-based content and design and have the ability to prioritize multiple workflows as the needs of the office require. This role is an active member of the Administrative team, where clear communication and adaptability are highly valued.
The starting salary for this position is $55,959.49, dependent on experience, in addition to a competitive benefits package. The schedule for this position is a 4-day work week, Monday through Thursday, 7 AM to 6 PM. A complete Job Description for the Executive Assistant can be found in the City Manager’s Office.
