Pay Rate - $17/hr
Position Purpose
Provides exceptional customer service in the Pro Shop, over the phone, and during golf-related activities in support of the Golf Pro and Course Manager. Ensures guest requests and feedback are communicated professionally and addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
Essential Job Functions
- Operates cash register and processes sales transactions accurately.
- Assists customers with retail purchases, providing product information and recommendations.
- Maintains a clean, organized, and welcoming Pro Shop environment.
- Answers incoming calls and directs inquiries to the appropriate staff member.
- Communicates with customers in a friendly, professional, and responsive manner.
- Oversees and supports cart, range, starter, and marshal staff; assists in various areas as directed by the supervisor. Frequently operates a personal or City-owned motor vehicle to drive to and from work locations throughout the City.
Other Job Functions
- This position requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and may exceed 40 hours per week during peak seasons. Performs other duties as assigned.

The City of Arvada does not offer benefits to temporary and/or seasonal employees. Temporary, Variable Hour and Health Plan Eligible employees will earn 1 hour of sick leave for every 30 hours worked, up to a maximum cap of 48 hours.
