What are the responsibilities and job description for the After School Teacher position at City of Andalusia A.P.P.L.E. Program?
Ensure children are supervised at all times.
Will be required to work with children of all abilities and provide for each of their respective needs.
Ability to work with children and remain friendly, calm, and patient at all times
Set a good example in promptness, manners, and language.
Ability to maintain a tidy classroom.
Will be required to plan and supervise indoor and outdoor activities.
Attend weekly staff meetings.
Will be expected to maintain student confidentiality.
Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
Valid driver's license required.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Must have reliable transportation.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Must have the ability to work non-standard, flexible hours. (Monday-Friday 1:00-6:00 p.m.)
