City Lines Bar and Grill is a four-year-old American-themed elevated casual restaurant with a full bar, two beautiful patios, and a private dining room in addition to our main dining room. We have seasonal cocktail menu changes, which we love to include creations from our bar staff. We consider ourselves a family and work together as one team. Responsibilities Include:
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages
- Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks
- Assess customer's needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Plan and present bar menu
- Check the customer's identification and confirm it meets the legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Qualifications
- Proven working experience as a bartender (experience is a must).
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean
