What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Recruiter position at City Lifestyle?
City Lifestyle is hiring for a Senior Recruiter to recruit the best talents for the company by covering the whole recruitment process from start to finish. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, cold calling and interviewing potential franchisees, sourcing potential franchisees, creating a pipeline of potential future franchisees, and collaborating with the Regional Sales Manager to ensure the best candidates are selected.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform full cycle recruiting for requested roles including posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing and closing top talent in conjunction with the Regional Recruiting Director.
- Develop and leverage an effective and scalable sourcing strategy to attract active and passive candidates.
- Screen candidates for skill sets, attitude, passion, and dedication; conduct phone and video, and in-person interviews.
- Organize candidate data and all communication in one platform.
- Ensure communication with candidates is quick and professional at all stages from the moment they submit their applications until the moment they are hired, rejected, or withdraw their applications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with company leaders to plan and execute talent needs.
This individual should possess the following skills/traits:
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Open to constructive criticism.
- Proven recruiting experience in both Full Cycle and Front Line Recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
- Experience screening and evaluating candidates through various methods (phone interviewing, video, in person, etc.).
- The desire to work in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to adapt to growth within our rapidly expanding company. Self-induced initiative is greatly desired.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
- 2 years of experience in Full Cycle Recruiting.
- Franchise and sales experience is a plus but not required.
