Goose Creek Tennis Club is seeking an experienced, hospitality-driven Restaurant Manager to lead the front-of-house team at Boozy Goose Bar & Grill, our member-focused restaurant and social gathering place. This individual will be responsible for creating an exceptional dining experience by developing a service-oriented team, fostering meaningful relationships with members and their guests, and ensuring smooth day-to-day restaurant operations.

Unlike a traditional restaurant environment, Boozy Goose serves a loyal membership that returns week after week, creating a unique opportunity to build lasting relationships while delivering consistently exceptional hospitality. The Restaurant Manager will play a key role in cultivating a welcoming atmosphere where members know they can expect outstanding service every visit.

The ideal candidate is a confident and hands-on leader who takes pride in building a positive team culture and elevating experiences.

Candidates should have a minimum of two years of front-of-house management experience in a full-service restaurant, hospitality venue, or private club environment. This position requires flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and club events as needed.

Leadership & Team Development

● Lead by example and set the standard for professionalism, hospitality, and work ethic.

● Maintain an active presence on the floor, engaging with members and supporting the team during service.

● Recruit, interview, onboard, train, and mentor front-of-house team members.

● Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

● Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.

Member Experience

● Deliver exceptional hospitality that creates memorable experiences for members and their guests.

● Build meaningful relationships with our regular membership and anticipate their needs.

● Resolve member concerns professionally while maintaining the club’s high service standards.

● Ensure every shift reflects the welcoming culture of Goose Creek.

Restaurant Operations

● Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure efficient and consistent service.

● Create and manage staff schedules while monitoring labor costs.

● Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with all food safety and sanitation standards.

● Monitor operational expenses and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

● Support club events, tournaments, banquets, and special functions while ensuring consistent service standards.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

● Partner closely with the Executive Chef and culinary team to continually enhance the dining experience.

● Help lead and develop the club’s beverage program, utilizing available resources and industry trends to enhance the member experience.

● Communicate effectively across all departments to ensure seamless club operations.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
