City Express by Marriott Findlay is looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Part-Time Front Desk Agent to join our Grand Opening team. As the first and last point of contact for our guests, you'll help create a welcoming experience by providing exceptional hospitality and outstanding customer service.

Job Summary
The Part-Time Front Desk Agent is responsible for welcoming guests, checking guests in and out, processing reservations, handling payments, answering phones, and responding to guest requests while delivering exceptional service in accordance with Marriott and City Express brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
- Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately.
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct calls to the appropriate department.
- Make, modify, and cancel guest reservations.
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Process guest payments and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
- Balance cash drawer and complete end-of-shift reconciliation.
- Respond promptly to guest questions, requests, and concerns.
- Resolve guest issues within established guidelines and escalate when necessary.
- Assign guest rooms and verify reservation details.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
- Follow all hotel policies, procedures, and Marriott brand standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn hotel management software.
- Cash handling experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
