The Automotive Dealership Biller is responsible for processing vehicle sales transactions accurately and efficiently to ensure timely funding, proper accounting, and compliance with dealership policies. This role works closely with sales, finance, title, and accounting teams to verify deal documentation, post transactions, and maintain complete and accurate records.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review deals for completeness, accuracy, and required documentation
- Bill new, used, wholesale, and dealer trade vehicle deals in the dealership management system
- Verify pricing, rebates, payoffs, trade information, and lender documentation
- Process and post sales, commissions, and related accounting entries
- Submit contracts and paperwork to lenders or internal departments as needed
- Coordinate with title clerks, finance managers, and sales staff to resolve discrepancies
- Maintain organized deal jackets and electronic records
- Assist with schedules, reconciliations, and month-end closing tasks
- Ensure compliance with dealership procedures, manufacturer requirements, and state regulations
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or GED Previous title experience in dealership environment
- Basic computer skills
