- Perform basic labor tasks, including digging, lifting, carrying materials, and job site cleanup.
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.
- Learn HVAC and plumbing systems, tools, and industry practices through on-the-job training.
- Provide professional and courteous service to customers when on-site.
