Duties

• Greet patients and customers warmly, ensuring a positive experience during every interaction
• Accurately process prescription payments using pharmacy software and data entry systems
• Verify patient information and insurance details in compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations
• Maintain patient confidentiality while handling sensitive medical and personal data
• Assist pharmacy staff with inventory management, medication labeling, and stock replenishment
• Support the pharmacy team with basic administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and record keeping
• Ensure adherence to pharmaceutical regulatory compliance, including drug regulation standards and pharmacy laws
