We are a growing car rental company in Phoenix looking for a friendly, dependable, and professional person to join our team.
This position is a mix of customer service, front desk support, computer work, and daily rental operations. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, staying organized, and being part of a small, growing team.
What You’ll Do:
• Welcome and assist rental customers
• Handle basic computer work, reservations, and rental paperwork
• Answer customer questions by phone and in person
• Help coordinate vehicle pickups and returns
• Perform basic vehicle inspections and staging
• Occasionally assist with customer shuttle/pickup needs
• Help with vehicle cleaning and preparation when needed
• Help keep the front desk and work area organized
• Support the team with general day-to-day operations
What We’re Looking For:
• Friendly and professional personality
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software
• Reliable, punctual, and organized
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving habits
• Comfortable driving different types of vehicles
• Willing to assist with vehicle cleaning and preparation at times
• Previous customer service, hospitality, front desk, retail, or rental experience is a plus, but not required
