Kitchen Manager/Assistant KM | Roosters Wings – Toledo Lead with flavor. Grow with Roosters.
Roosters Wings just opened our 2nd Toledo location, and we’re on the hunt for a driven and dynamic Kitchen Manager and Assistant KM to join our leadership team!
What You’ll Do: As Kitchen Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our back-of-house operations, overseeing:
- Inventory ordering and management
- Staff scheduling and shift supervision
- Hiring and training kitchen team members
- Fostering a high-performing, motivated team culture
- Identifying promotable talent and addressing underperformance
What You Bring:
- Minimum 1 year of previous kitchen management experience
- Strong leadership skills and a passion for team development
- Open availability and commitment to at least five 9-hour shifts per week
- Ability to excel in a high volume kitchen
- ServSafe Certification preferred (can be completed during training if needed)
