- Greet customers warmly and take their orders
- Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
- Check on customers regularly to ensure satisfaction
- Handle cash and credit card transactions using POS systems like Aloha POS
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area and assist with bussing tables
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting, 1 year
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines and procedures
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining attentive to details
- Basic understanding of culinary terms and practices
- Proficiency in cash handling is a plus
