This is a full-time on-site role for a Warehouse Lead located in Kissimmee, FL. The Warehouse Lead will oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving, inventory control, and packing activities. Responsibilities include supervising unloading processes, organizing inventory, coordinating team activities, and ensuring efficient use of warehouse tools and equipment, such as pallet jacks. The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively.

• Experience with Shipping & Receiving processes
• Skills in Packing and Unloading operations
• Knowledge of Inventory Control systems and procedures
• Proficiency in using warehouse tools, including pallet jacks
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Previous experience in warehouse supervision or logistics is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
