Your duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Provide frontline customer service in person and by phone, helping customers with routine inquiries and directing them to the appropriate staff.
- Receive, review, and process documents, forms, or requests submitted by customers or staff.
- Perform routine clerical tasks such as data entry, typing, proofreading, and preparing basic correspondence.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems to keep program and account information accurate and accessible.
- Assist with processing basic account or program-related transaction according to established procedures.
- Handle daily office tasks including scanning, photocopying, printing, and preparing informational materials.
- Collect, distribute, and manage incoming and outgoing mail and other office materials.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies and support the upkeep of office equipment and shared workspaces.
