Equivalent to graduation from an accredited four-year college or university.

What You Will Do
- Logistics and Telecommunications Planning: supervise the development, review, and maintenance of emergency plans; advise Department leadership on recommended planning priorities.
- Operational Readiness of Facilities and Equipment: oversee and coordinate operational readiness across logistics, communications, and information systems, ensuring facilities, systems, equipment, software platforms, and emergency supplies are maintained in a state of readiness; supervise the maintenance and upgrade of all department facilities; manage the identification of emergency facilities and properties needed to support emergency operations.
- Supervision and Personnel Management: provide direct supervision to assigned technical and professional staff by assigning work, setting priorities, monitoring performance, and conducting evaluations; ensure staff are properly trained; address employee performance issues and support staff development.
- Perform other related duties as required.
- Subject to calls 24-hours per day for emergencies with contact via cellular phone.
