Who You Are

Our ideal candidate is a highly reliable, organized, and service-minded professional who takes pride in being the person others can count on. You find genuine satisfaction in the “engine room” of operations—the daily administrative work, follow-through, and coordination that keeps a division running smoothly. You are someone who values consistency, responsiveness, and ownership. When a task is handed to you, your team knows it will be handled with care, accuracy, and professionalism. You close loops, communicate proactively, and make sure details do not fall through the cracks. You don’t just complete tasks—you take ownership of them from start to finish. To be successful in this role, you should be:

A Master of Execution

You thrive on organization, routine responsibilities, and the satisfaction of strong follow-through. You understand that consistent day-to-day execution is the foundation of a successful department and take pride in managing details accurately and on time.

A Service-Minded Partner

You have a true “how can I help?” mindset. You view administrative and operational support not as a secondary task, but as a vital service and essential work that enables leadership and teams to succeed. You bring a positive, professional, and solution-oriented “can-do” attitude to your work and understand that excellent internal customer service is critical to the role.

A Skilled Prioritizer

With responsibilities spanning multiple functional areas across the Business Operations Division, you have the mental agility and organizational skills to manage multiple “asks” and competing priorities without losing focus or letting important work slip.

A Strong Communicator

You provide clear, proactive updates and maintain strong working relationships across teams. You write and communicate professionally, respond with urgency and clarity, and are comfortable preparing reports, presentations, and other operational documents that support leadership and division priorities.

An Accountable Self-Starter

You can work with minimal supervision, exercise sound judgment, and know when to take initiative versus when to seek guidance or elevate an issue. Leadership can trust you to work independently while staying aligned with priorities, communicating proactively, and maintaining strong accountability and follow-through.

An Adaptable and Practical Problem-Solver

You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities may shift quickly. You prioritize dependable daily execution while also identifying problems, evaluating alternatives, and recommending practical solutions that improve efficiency and operational consistency.

A Detail-Oriented Coordinator

You know how to identify a need for information, where to find it, and how to organize and maintain records, operational documentation, and standard processes effectively. You take pride in keeping systems clear, accessible, and dependable for the teams you support.

What You'll Bring

We value diversity of ethnicity, race, socioeconomic status, sexual identity, gender, religion, language, ability, and experience and exemplify this through the makeup of our team at all levels. You'll be right at home here if you cultivate strong relationships and push yourself, your work, the people around you and Denver to the next level.

Our ideal candidate has some or all the following experience, skills, and characteristics:

  • Experience supporting senior leadership, executives, or multiple department leaders in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills with proven success managing high-volume tasks, competing priorities, and consistent follow-through
  • Experience maintaining records, documentation, standard operating procedures, and administrative workflows with strong attention to detail
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience working with systems such as Workday, SharePoint, Teams, and other operational or project management tools
  • A demonstrated commitment to customer service, professionalism, and operational excellence
