Qualifications
- Proficiency in Occupational Therapy techniques and Rehabilitation practices
- Demonstrated experience in Patient Care and providing compassionate, effective therapy services
- Skills in Program Development to create and adapt individualized treatment strategies
- Experience in Home Care or related settings is an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) is required
- Prior experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation facilities is preferred
