Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide a top-tier service experience
- Communicate clearly and professionally with technicians and customers
- Present maintenance and repair recommendations in a transparent, consultative manner
- Write repair orders, keep customers updated, and ensure timely vehicle delivery
- Build lasting relationships and drive customer satisfaction and retention
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
