Duties
- Operate skid steer to perform tasks such as loading, digging, and moving materials on construction sites.
- Assist in building and paving tasks by preparing the ground and transporting materials.
- Maintain equipment by performing regular inspections and minor repairs to ensure optimal performance.
- Follow all safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your team members.
- Collaborate with other operators and crew members to complete projects on time and within specifications.
Qualifications
- Proven experience operating skid steers and with experience in grading is a must.
- Strong understanding of construction site safety practices.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks associated with construction work.
