We are looking to hire a dependable full-time general construction laborer to join our crew. This is a hands-on job for someone who isn't afraid of hard work and can keep up with a fast-paced construction environment.
Responsibilities:
- General construction labor and site cleanup
- Assisting operators and skilled trades
- Loading/unloading materials and equipment
- Digging, grading, and basic site work
- Following safety procedures on job sites
Requirements:
- Strong work ethic and reliable transportation
- Physically able to lift heavy materials and work outdoors all day
- Ability to work long hours and weekends when needed
- Construction experience preferred but not required
- Willingness to learn and grow
There is room to grow into a heavy equipment operator for the right person who shows initiative and reliability. Training is available.
Pay:
$15-17/hour depending on experience
Schedule:
Full-time (weekends and overtime possible)
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
