WHAT’S THE JOB LIKE?
- Work normal business hours in the morning to late afternoon (limited demand on evenings/closed Sundays)
- Shift times: Monday – Friday 7 AM – 3 PM
- Greet every customer as they arrive with an emphasis on world-class hospitality, setting the tone as the first face of the dealership
- Confidently engage guests and callers with a genuine sales mindset — this is a customer-facing, sales-driven role at its core
- Make outbound and handle inbound phone calls to set up appointments with customers interested in getting a quote to sell or trade in their vehicle
- Represent our Vehicle Acquisition Program (VAP), having friendly, consultative conversations with customers about their vehicle and scheduling them for an appraisal
- Assist with moving and parking vehicles around the dealership, valet-style, as needed during downtime between customer and phone interactions
- Learn the ins and outs of the dealership by assisting with various tasks as needed
- All roles are engaging, fast-paced, and provide an unmatched level of client service

ESSENTIAL SKILLS,REQUIREMENTS, AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Valid driver's license for at least one year (this does not include a temporary license)
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to sit and/or stand through an entire shift
- Professional appearance
- Perform tasks involving bending, kneeling, walking, and jogging
- Strong communication skills including experience in a customer facing role
