- Work normal business hours in the morning to late afternoon (Limited demand on evenings/closed Sundays)
- Hours of Operation Monday - Friday 800 am - 4 pm
- Greeting customers as they arrive with an emphasis on world class hospitality
- Confidently engage guests and callers with a genuine sales mindset — this is a customer-facing, sales-driven role at its core
- Make outbound and handle inbound phone calls to set up appointments with customers interested in getting a quote to sell or trade in their vehicle
- Represent our Vehicle Acquisition Program (VAP), having friendly, consultative conversations with customers about their vehicle and scheduling them for an appraisal
- Assist with moving and parking vehicles around the dealership, valet-style, as needed during downtime between customer and phone interactions
- Learn the ins and outs of the dealership by assisting with various tasks as needed

- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Valid driver's license for at least one year (this does not include a temporary license)
- At least 18 years of age
- Professional appearance
- Strong verbal communication skills, with confidence initiating and holding phone conversations with customers
- Comfort with sales-oriented conversations and setting appointments
- Ability to sit and/or stand through an entire shift
- Ability to perform tasks involving bending, kneeling, and walking as needed for occasional vehicle-moving duties
