They’ll play a critical role in shaping and executing the firm’s highest-priority strategic initiatives. Reporting directly to the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), this role works closely with executive leadership, functional teams, and service line leaders to translate strategy into execution, measurement, and results.

Responsibilities Are, But Not Limited To
AI Strategy & Enterprise Enablement (Primary Focus)
- Support the design and execution of the firm’s AI and automation strategy, in alignment with business objectives and PE value-creation priorities.
- Partner with technology, operations, service lines, and functional leaders to drive AI adoption across the enterprise.
- Help define use-cases, success metrics, adoption KPIs, and reporting for AI-enabled initiatives.
- Support governance, prioritization, and communication related to AI initiatives.
- Support development and execution of firm-wide strategic priorities across growth, profitability, operating leverage, and scalability.
- Drive discrete workstreams for high-impact initiatives, translating strategy into actionable plans.
- Collaborate with service line, geographic, and functional leaders to support execution and accountability.
- Design, refine, and maintain KPIs and dashboards tied to strategic initiatives and firm performance.
- Analyze trends related to growth, pricing, utilization, leverage, margins, and client mix.
- Support quarterly and annual business reviews with data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Enterprise Change Management
- Support change-management efforts associated with strategic and AI-enabled initiatives.
- Help develop communication plans, messaging, and enablement materials to drive adoption and alignment.
- Partner with leadership and functional teams to identify risks, dependencies, and barriers to execution.
- Develop clear, compelling presentations and messaging for executive leadership and partners.
- Support Board-level and PE sponsor updates through structured analysis and narrative development.
- Synthesize complex information into concise, decision-ready materials.
- Act as a connective tissue across strategy, finance, operations, growth, HR, and technology teams.
- Facilitate working sessions, align stakeholders, and help ensure initiatives stay on track.
- Support the Chief Strategy Officer with ad hoc analysis and special projects.
The ideal candidate must:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Information Management or Information Systems or equivalent
- 4–8 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, corporate strategy, or a similar analytical role.
- Have experience in professional services and/or a PE-backed environment strongly preferred.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfort working with imperfect or evolving data.
- Possess advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills; experience with dashboards, KPI frameworks, or BI tools a plus.
- Can manage multiple workstreams, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Be structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating at both strategic and tactical levels (ideal).
- Be collaborative and effective at influencing across the organization without direct authority (ideal).
