The Client Service Associate (CSA) serves as a critical point of contact for our clients and a key support pillar for our advisory team. This role balances administrative tasks with operational excellence to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the firm.

Operations & Client Onboarding: Own the end-to-end new client onboarding experience, including preparing and processing custodial paperwork. Assist with daily operational tasks and account maintenance across multiple platforms.

Money Movements: Facilitate all client funds transfers, including wires, ACHs, and journals, while ensuring accuracy and compliance with firm policies.

Meeting & Communication Management: Manage advisor calendars and schedule client meetings. Handle inbound calls and inquiries with a professional presence.

Reporting & Data Entry: Generate and reconcile recurring reports. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within the CRM.

Administrative Support: Handle the sending and receiving of mail and client packets. Facilitate the sharing of client data from the tax department and support tax document distribution.

Marketing Assistance: Coordinate marketing emails and assist with the development of marketing templates.

Ad Hoc Projects: Participate in firm-wide initiatives, such as technology adoption and process automation.
- Bachelor’s degree required, with a preference for Business, Finance, or Accounting
- 3 years of experience in wealth management.

Direct experience with custodial platforms and RIA software is required.

Custodial Platforms: Proficiency in Schwab Advisor Center and Fidelity Wealthscape.

Portfolio Management: Experience with Orion Advisor Technology or Black Diamond for reporting and performance analysis.

Salary : $60,000 - $95,000
