Senior Business Analyst – Fraud & Claims | Advancing claims and fraud platforms through intelligent automation
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work independently with minimal guidance, contributing to the definition, design, and delivery of initiatives across Fraud and Claims in the Consumer Operations Delivery Town. This role brings deep operational knowledge to help shape solutions that improve effectiveness and efficiency across claims management, fraud detection, and alerts management.
We are building the next generation of these platforms, advancing how claims and fraud are supported through intelligent automation. In this role, you will apply operational insight to help translate business needs into practical, scalable product capabilities (e.g., Cypress, Redwood, Oak) that align with both current operations and evolving best practices.
Primary Responsibilities Include
The salary range for this position is $100,000– $110,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn additional incentive earnings. Actual pay is based on various factors including, but not limited to, the budget, work location, and relevant skills and experience.

- Requirements Elicitation and Analysis Collaborate with stakeholders across Fraud and Claims to gather, document, and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
- Business Process Improvement Analyze workflows to identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, consistency, and automation across claims and fraud operations.
- Solution Design and Evaluation Assess and recommend technology solutions that align with business needs and support the continued evolution of claims and fraud platforms.
- Project Support and Collaboration Play a key role in project management and work closely with delivery teams to ensure business requirements are accurately implemented and aligned with operational needs.
- Deep, hands-on expertise in claims and/or fraud operations.
- Strong ability to translate operational processes into clear, actionable requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities to improve and standardize workflows.
- Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively across business and technology teams.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to represent the voice of real-world operations.
- Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Hours per Week: 40
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Hybrid work location: 4 days on-site, 1 day remote in one of the following locations:
- Johnston, RI
- Westwood, MA
- Pittsburgh, PA
- Glen Allen, VA
