Additionally, she / he may act as an informal resource for associates with less experience. Typically, they also perform non-secretarial administrative tasks.

Primary Responsibilities Include
- The incumbent is responsible for analyzing existing business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
- Additionally, the incumbent is responsible for data analysis and reporting, which includes identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities for process optimization based on data trends.
- The incumbent is also responsible for documentation and communication, which entails developing and maintaining process documentation, standard operating procedures, and user manuals.
- Additionally, the incumbent is responsible for issue resolution and support, which includes provide support and assistance to stakeholders and end-users in resolving operational challenges.
- Lastly, the incumbent is responsible for engaging in continuous improvement, which includes monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of implemented improvements and suggest adjustments as needed.
- Required Qualifications
- Completed high school diploma or equivalent (GED) with minimum 1 year of experience in banking and/or financial services OR
- completed Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree with minimum 6 months of work experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to various computer-based systems (e.g., Salesforce, NFS, Microsoft Office)
- Physical ability to lift to up to 30 lbs. on a regular basis without any accommodation
- Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of financial services regulations and investment products
- FINRA licensures
- Demonstrated job stability
- Interest in Wealth Management
- Documentation scanning experience
- Hours per Week: 40
- Work Schedule:
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM ET
- 100% in-office
