Citizens of the Internet is looking for a Hybrid Creative Video Editor Intern to join our media team. This is a hands-on opportunity to work on real campaigns, photo shoots, and pop-up events, gaining experience in both social media content and cinematic storytelling.
Compensation: Unpaid internship (portfolio-building opportunity)
Location: Houston, TX
Commitment: 7–10 hours/week, January through May
What You’ll Do:
- Edit videos for campaigns, social media reels, TikToks, and promotional content
- Help shape storytelling arcs and visual narratives for campaigns
- Assist on shoots as a videographer
- Work directly with the Creative Director to execute brand vision
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong understanding of video editing software (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut Desktop)
- Experience creating engaging, story-driven content
- Passion for storytelling and brand-building
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to meet deadlines
- Portfolio or reel preferred (show us your best work)
