Creative Video Editor

We’re looking for a Creative Video Editor who does more than just cut clips together—you’ll shape stories, craft visuals, and elevate raw footage into engaging, polished content. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is comfortable working on-set as well as in post-production, and can leverage both traditional editing skills and cutting-edge tools (AI, Unreal Engine, Blender) to deliver world-class content.

• Edit a wide range of projects (commercials, branded content, social campaigns, event coverage) from raw footage to final deliverables.
• Read and interpret creative briefs to shape narratives and visual direction.
• Be available to work on-set when needed—helping assemble quick turnarounds and client previews in real time.
• Add motion graphics, text treatments, transitions, and light 2D animation.
• Use Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, and other editing tools efficiently.
• Integrate AI tools into workflow to enhance speed, creativity, and output.
• Collaborate with directors, producers, and clients to refine creative vision.
• Maintain organized project files, exports, and delivery formats.
• Bonus: contribute to virtual production environments using Unreal Engine or Blender.

• Proven experience as a Video Editor with a portfolio of professional projects.
• Proficiency in: Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, Photoshop/Illustrator.
• Strong motion graphics and 2D animation skills.
• Familiarity with AI-powered video workflows (e.g., upscaling, masking, speech-to-text captions, AI effects).
• Bonus skills: Unreal Engine, Blender, 3D asset integration.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and handle multiple projects at once.
• Strong storytelling instincts and creative vision.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
