Position: Trim & Fabric Set-Up Data Entry
Reports to: Trims Buyer Manager
FLSA Status: Non-exempt (Hourly)
Employment Type: Full Time; Monday - Friday

Trim & Fabric Set-Up Data Entry Role:
Responsible for accurately setting up and maintaining all trim and fabric information in the company's systems. This role supports the production abd cross functional teams by ensuring all material data is complete, organized, and aligned with internal and vendor requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and update all trim and fabric details (content, construction, codes, colors, suppliers, pricing, etc.) into PLM/AS400 internal systems.
- Set up new materials for each season, including fabrics, labels, tags, and other trims.
- Review tech packs, material sheets, and vendor documents to extract and input required data.
- Upload and manage supporting documents such as fabric switches, test reports, trim cards, images, and PDFs.
- Assist in maintaining material libraries, fabric databases, and trim inventories.
- Perform routine data audits to ensure all fields are correct and compliant.
- Support production teams with timely and accurate material information.
- Identify data discrepancies and correct them promptly.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to read and interpret tech packs, fabric sheets, and trim specifications.
- Basic knowledge in Excel.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Ideal Candidate:
Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable with repetitive data entry while maintaining high accuracy. Someone who understands fabrics, trims, or apparel production workflow will excel in this role is ideal
Education:
- High School Diploma
Experience:
- Experience with PLM or AS400 systems (preferred- but not required).
- Experience in apparel production or materials is a plus.
