We’re seeking an exceptionally organized, relationship-driven, and execution-focused Account & Production Manager to support our Enterprise accounts and live activations. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with people, thrives in fast-moving environments, and enjoys being hands-on at events where technology and fan experience meet.
- Serve as a warm, reliable point of contact for enterprise clients, venues, and partners.
- Support onboarding, scheduling, planning, and day-of coordination.
- Maintain clear and timely communication between clients and internal Fabric teams.
- Track tasks, deliverables, and cross-team dependencies to keep projects moving.
- Lead or support on-site activation setup, tech checks, and run-of-show operations.
- Conduct QA testing on devices and experiences to ensure flawless AR and interactive performance.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate efficiently when needed.
- Oversee event logistics including equipment, signage, materials, and checklists.
- Maintain documentation, trackers, timelines, and production schedules.
- Coordinate vendor interactions and production workflows.
- Manage small inventories (devices, chargers, equipment cases, event materials).
- Contribute to continuous improvement of Fabric’s activation playbooks and processes.
- Extremely organized, proactive, and dependable — a natural project mover.
- Friendly, personable, and confident in client-facing conversations.
- Comfortable with basic troubleshooting on iOS/Android devices.
- Able to support occasional evenings and weekend events.
- Based in Los Angeles with reliable transportation.
Required
- Strong proficiency with Google Sheets/Excel, Docs, Slides
- Experience with project management tools (Asana preferred)
- Ability to learn Fabric’s platform and tools quickly
